To help better meet the needs of its SMB clients, San Diego-based Networld Solutions has rolled out a customizable managed service program to better serve its West Coast clients, the company announced Monday. The managed services rollout builds on the company's previous value-added services offering. It offers three different levels of service, ranging from support to client IT staff to fully outsourcing a client's IT needs. The company serves primarily the SMB, healthcare, K-12 education and enterprise markets. Clients can add on only those services they need and pay on a month-by-month basis. The flexibility is key for SMB clients, Networld Solutions Director of Technical Services Darryl Turner said, because they are only paying for what they need.
